1:- First, download the right CM12.1 Nightly ROM for your Xperia T or Xperia L from the given links on the desktop of your PC.
2:- Connect the Xperia T / L with the PC using its USB data cable and mount the USB Memory Storage of the phone.
3:- Transfer the CM12.1 Android 5.1.1 ROM and Google Apps zipped files to the root folder of your SD Card.
4:- Now disconnect your Xperia T or L and then turn OFF the device in order to boot into Recovery Mode.
