The One UI 5 is based on Android 13 and will be rolled out to devices with Exynos chipsets and with Snapdragon chipsets both. Also, the update will be provided to users on the beta channel of One UI 5 and also to users on the stable One UI 4.1 channel.

One UI 5 for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series

The latest update comes with the build number; S908BXXU2BVJA for devices running on Exynos chipsets and the build number for devices running on Snapdragon chipsets is S908EXXU2BVJA. The update will be bringing the October 2022 security patch for Android devices. The final One UI 5 beta build for the Galaxy S22 series was also released just a few days back. The stable channel will be extended with time to the other eligible Samsung devices as well. As of now, the One UI 5 beta has begun for Samsung’s flagship foldable phones.

Talking about the latest update, we get to see a lot of new features from Samsung. First up, there are the Android 13 goodies which include new Material You color schemes, notification permissions, and more.
