MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition is Now Available for the Mi 11 Lite and Mi Note 10 Lite

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition is Now Available for the Mi 11 Lite and Mi Note 10 Lite

Two more Lite smartphones have started receiving MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition updates from Xiaomi. One is the Mi 11 Lite, the other is the Mi Note 10 Lite. Mi 11 Lite launched in 2021, while Mi Note 10 Lite launched in 2020.

Xiaomi has been one of the first to release a stable version of MIUI 10. It is the first mobile OS to bring on-screen navigation buttons, and it also brings a lot of new features and design changes.

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition for Mi 11 Lite and Mi Note 10 Lite

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite and Mi Note 10 Lite are now receiving the latest version of MIUI with the following build numbers.

Mi 11 Lite

  • Global – V12.5.8.0.RKQMIXM
  • EEA – V12.5.6.0.RKQEUXM
  • India – V12.5.3.0.RKQINXM

Mi Note 10 Lite

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition update is being rolled out in batches to the Xiaomi smartphones mentioned above, just like any other update. The MIUI 12.5 update brings a lot of new features and improvements, along with some bug fixes for known issues.

You can go ahead and download the latest MIUI 12.5 update on your Xiaomi phone by going to Settings > System Updates > Check for updates now. 

This new update brings a lot of changes to the operating system, including an improved system for managing recent tasks and easier access to features such as dual apps.

The update is rolling out in a staged process, meaning that it will be available at different times in different places. For example, some regions may have access to it earlier than others. It will also gradually roll out across the world over time, so keep an eye on your phone’s software updates for availability.

This means that some users may receive the update sooner, while others might have to wait a bit longer. The remaining regional variants of these devices should also be available within the next few days.
