Pre-Requirements:
- Take a proper backup of all your existing data and settings before proceeding to the ROM installation guide using a recommended custom recovery like CWM or TWRP.
- Download and install the correct USB Drivers for the Nexus 7 WiFi and LTE 4G 2013 on the PC.
- Enable USB Debugging Mode on your device by navigating to Settings > Developer Options.

Steps to Install Android 6.0 Marshmallow CyanogenMod 13 on Nexus 7 WiFi and LTE 2013
1:- First download the Android 6.0 Marshmallow CM13 ROM for Nexus 7 WiFi (cm-13.0-xxxxxxxx-NIGHTLY-flo.zip) and Nexus 7 LTE (cm-13.0-xxxxxxxx-NIGHTLY-deb.zip) from the above given links on the desktop of your PC. Also download Google Apps package.
2:- Copy/paste the ROM .zip file to the root folder of internal storage on your device. device’s internal storage.
3:- Turn OFF the Nexus device in order to boot into TWRP recovery.
4:- Turn ON the device while pressing and holding Volume Down + Power buttons altogether. Once the TWRP logo appears, then you have successfully booted into the recovery.
5:- While the Nexus 7 is now in TWRP recovery, perform a nandroid backup by navigating to backup option in TWRP > select System, Data, Boot, Recovery, EFS and swipe to take backup.
6:- Once the nandroid backup is successfully completed, perform a full wipe.
7:- Go back to the main menu of TWRP recovery and tap the wipe button > select Advanced Wipe. Also select Dalvik Cache, System, Data, and Cache. Swipe the confirmation button to wipe.
8:- Again navigate to TWRP main menu and tap on Install. Locate the ROM file that you have already transferred to the internal storage of your device. Select it.
9:- Proceed to the installation by swiping on the confirmation button.
10:- Repeat the above steps to install Google Apps.
10:- Finally, reboot the Nexus 7 after the installation is finished.
