Pre-Requirements:

Step No 1: First of all extract the Odin Flashing Tool that you’ve downloaded from the above link. Now launch Odin flashing tool (Odin3 v3.09.exe) as an Administrator on your PC.
Step No 2: After launching Odin Flashing Tool, ensure that only two options 1.F.Reset Time and 2.Auto Reboot are checked.
Step No 3: Boot your Galaxy S4 into Download Mode. To put your device into Download Mode, first turn it off and then press and hold the Volume Down + Home + Power buttons at the same time, until a warning screen appears. Then press the Volume up button to boot your device into Download Mode.
Step No 4: While your device is in Download Mode, connect it to your PC via its USB data cable.
Step No 5: If your device is has been successfully connected to your PC, you’ll see the ID: COM port on the top left of the Odin window, otherwise your device’s drivers are not properly installed.
Step No 6: Extract the firmware package that you’ve already downloaded from the above-given link. It will look like ALL_ATT_I337UCUFNB1_I337ATTFNB1_505595_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5
Step No 7: Now click on the PDA button and select the extracted firmware package file.
Step No 8: Start the flashing process by clicking on the Start button.
9: A PASS! The message will be appeared after the flashing process completed, your device will be automatically rebooted, and you’ll get the new and updated firmware on your AT&T Galaxy S4 SGH-I337.
