The tool we are talking about is the Magnification tool. Android devices come with a collection of Accessibility features and tools. Most of the average users do not know about these tools and few users actually utilize them.
The Magnification tool is more of a gesture or shortcut that allows you to zoom in on your screen and easily view smaller objects or items on the screen. Further, it does not take up much space on your screen, so it is not that annoying to use.
