Qualcomm processor, which is also known as snapdragon SoC is the most popular mobile phone processor manufacturers in the world. Majority of the smartphones are running on Qualcomm processor.

Qualcomm manufactures different chips for a diverse variety of smartphones. “Each tier of Snapdragon processors is designed to give mobile users a perfect balance of power and efficiency. The result is a broad spectrum of mobile technology that is innovative enough to carry the name Snapdragon,” says Qualcomm.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 series
The 200 series is used for the less efficient or low-end mobile phones. These mobile phones have a simple, low requirement to run. For example 4Gb ROM, 512MB or 1GB RAM. “Snapdragon 200 series processors are made to allow smooth navigation and switching between apps while supporting vibrant HD visuals and premium multichannel audio,” explains Qualcomm.
Appreciations to the Chinese invasion of OEMs, we now have mid-range devices at the price of entry-level devices. As a result, chips from this series is very hard to find these days; with Nokia 2 being a new exception. 
Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Series
Snapdragon 400 series are usually used for low-range smart devices. The Snapdragon 410 was first 64-bit phone System on Chip and features Adreno 306 GPU, Cat 4 4G LTE and up to 13Mp cameras. I used Motorola Moto G3 which had a 410 processor and worked efficiently for approximately two years.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Series

The 600 SoC gives 30 times better graphics performance and twice LTE downlink speed as compared to the previous generation. It has an octa-core 260 Central Processing Unit, Adreno 512 GPU and Qualcomm X12 LTE Modem.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Series
The 800 is the best tier produce of Qualcomm and offers the finest processing abilities for smartphones. That’s the one which OEMs use in their flagship products.
