When you create a backup file on your PC for the Signal app, then that file is stored on your phone’s internal storage. So in order to copy that backup file to another device, you are required to copy that directory of the Signal app which contains the backup file.
STEP 1: First up, you have to know the location where the backup file has been created as well as the location of the Signal app directory. So for that, open the Signal app and then click on the Profile icon appearing on the top right of your screen.
