Recently, the Galaxy S21 joined the list of devices to receive the August 2021 security patch update. The update has been first released for devices in China.
August 2021 Security Patch Update for Galaxy S20 FE
The security update has been released by Samsung for S20 FE for users in Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Estonia and Switzerland. The version of the firmware is G780FXXU5CUG6.
The complete changelog for the update is not available with us, but the August 2021 security patch update for Galaxy S20 FE does not bring in any major update other than a new security patch for the month.
Other than that, the security issues and privacy issues that are being solved are not known because Samsung has still not provided the details regarding the security update. Samsung usually provides details in the first or second week of the month.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE was released back in the October of 2020. This year, it got a major upgrade which upgraded it to Android 11. The phone is eligible for Android 12 and all the major updates till 2023.
